40 days of pregnancy, uterine fluid accumulation

The long and mysterious process from pregnancy to delivery is very painful. Good maintenance must be done during this period to greatly help both the mother and the baby. Especially in the early stages of pregnancy, it is easy for fluid to accumulate in the uterine cavity, which must be dealt with in time, otherwise it will have a certain impact on the baby's growth. The normal diet must be light, and pay attention to adequate exercise and rest. Let me give you a detailed introduction below.

Note that the diet should be light. It is best not to eat shrimp, crab, mutton, dog meat, eel, salted fish, black fish and other irritating foods, because these foods will aggravate the condition or cause recurrence of old illness. Maintain a low-fat diet and eat more chicken, eggs, quail eggs, lean meat, crucian carp, turtle, white fish, celery, spinach, cucumber, winter melon, mushrooms, tofu, kelp, seaweed, fruits and other cool vegetables and fruits.

Clinically, pelvic effusion in most women is caused by inflammation, which is the presence of inflammatory exudate in the pelvis. It can occur after the endometrium becomes inflamed, and the slightly viscous fluid exudates from the swollen cells of the endometrial tissue, which is gradually wrapped by the surrounding tissue to form a cystic mass.

If left untreated, it will be difficult to eliminate with medication and surgical treatment is needed to help. Uterine effusion, also known as intrauterine fluid, can be divided into physiological and pathological. It is normal for women to find a small amount of fluid accumulation during examination before and after ovulation. Uterine fluid accumulation may also occur during early pregnancy. In this case, no treatment is required and it will disappear on its own. Any uterine effusion other than this is pathological and requires timely treatment.

It is not common clinically, and uterine effusion in patients of different ages may be caused by different reasons. Intrauterine effusion is mainly caused by inflammatory exudate, which means it has a certain relationship with inflammatory infection and has nothing to do with physical treatment of uterine erosion. Whether acute or chronic endometritis is accompanied by cervical canal obstruction, so that the inflammatory secretions in the uterine cavity cannot flow out or the drainage is poor, intrauterine pyometra can be formed, but it may be caused by ascending infection of cervical inflammation. Uterine fluid accumulation and lower abdominal pain are the result of pelvic inflammatory disease and are generally treated with intravenous infusion. Because the pelvic cavity is large and inflammation can involve the peritoneum, intravenous administration is much more effective than oral administration. Semi-recumbent position with high-calorie, high-protein, high-vitamin liquid or semi-liquid food to correct electrolyte disorders and acid-base imbalance, and physical cooling should be used in case of high fever. Abdominal distension should be treated with gastrointestinal decompression.
