Breast shrinkage after breastfeeding

Breast shrinkage after breastfeeding

Breastfeeding is a task that many women face. Since breastfeeding has great benefits for the child's health, many women choose to breastfeed. Breastfeeding has its benefits, but it also has certain disadvantages for women. For example, many people find that their breasts become smaller after breastfeeding. So, how to enlarge breasts after breastfeeding?

1. Wear underwear and don’t go on a diet

During breastfeeding, you should wear appropriate nursing bras. After each feeding, you should change breasts in time to adjust and put on suitable bras. Not too tight, not too loose either, a comfortable fit is best. Some mothers are afraid of trouble and simply don't wear bras. As a result, their breasts will naturally sag under the weight of milk, and it will be difficult for them to return to their original state after they stop breastfeeding. Some women are afraid of gaining weight during breastfeeding, so they don't eat this or that, which leads to insufficient fat intake. Due to malnutrition, breast fat decreases sharply and the breasts become smaller and smaller.

2. You need to learn to exercise properly and massage in the morning and evening

Don’t think that you don’t need to exercise during the breastfeeding period. Proper exercise helps blood circulation in the breasts and can keep the breasts healthy. Persistent breastfeeding and massaging every morning and evening can effectively promote the production and circulation of milk and reduce adverse conditions such as breast engorgement. Massage can also help speed up blood circulation and help breasts become healthier and fuller. During massage, mothers can also learn some lifting techniques that help make the breasts fuller, such as slowly pushing from the periphery to the center, which can slowly gather the scattered fat together and make the breasts fuller.

3. Supplement more vitamins B and E

In addition to ensuring adequate protein, new mothers after breastfeeding should supplement more vitamins B and E. Specifically, vitamin B can promote the synthesis of maternal estrogen; vitamin E can effectively regulate maternal estrogen; mothers should eat more of these two types of food (such as eggs, meat, sesame, etc.).

4. Do more chest recovery exercises

Doing more recovery exercises after childbirth can effectively enhance the elasticity of the chest muscles, effectively improve the atrophy of the chest glands after childbirth, and make the breasts look fuller and more upright. Simple exercises like chest expansion and sit-ups are relatively OK. Exercise can also make your body healthier.
