Apply externally several times daily for 2 weeks. Yifuqing Ointment is made of econazole as the main drug, with a small amount of local steroid therapeutic agent added. It has a good antipruritic effect and is more suitable for people with candidal vulvitis and vaginitis who have unbearable vulvar itching and pain. Apply externally to the vulva, once in the morning and once in the evening.

3. Oral medication: Since fungal infections can be transmitted between couples through sexual intercourse, both parties can be treated with oral medication, which can also inhibit intestinal Candida. Fluconazole oral dose: 150 mg once, taken all at once. Or take Sporanox orally: If it is the first infection of candidal vaginitis, take 200 mg each time, take it after breakfast and dinner, and only take it for 1 day; if it is recurrent candidal vaginitis, the dosage of Sporanox needs to be increased, you can take 200 mg each time, once a day, for 3 consecutive days, or you can take it twice a day, 100 mg each time, for 3 consecutive days. Take the medicine after meals.

Precautions for the treatment of candidal vaginitis

1. Avoid sexual intercourse and treat couples at the same time: Male carriers must also receive routine treatment, which is one of the important measures to prevent recurrence of female patients.

2. Be sure to "treat" daily necessities simultaneously. The patient's towels and underwear may also be contaminated with pathogens. Therefore, towels and underwear should be thoroughly disinfected and usually placed in a ventilated and dry place.

3. Pay attention to hygiene:

Dietary considerations for the treatment of candidal vaginitis

Women who have frequent recurring yeast infections may be allergic to foods that contain mold or yeast. Avoid bread, wine, beer, vinegar, pickled foods, fermented foods, cheese, mushrooms and fruit juices.

Exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep, smoke less, drink less alcohol and coffee, etc.
