1. Sphincter exercise:

Exercising the sphincter is similar to the feeling of holding urine, that is, you contract the muscles and pause when urinating. Such exercises can be done at any time and anywhere. Tighten your vaginal and anal muscles and hold for 8-10 seconds each time.

2. Perineum massage:

(1) Choose a comfortable place to sit down, stretch your legs and assume a semi-sitting delivery position.

(2) If you are unsure about the condition of the perineal muscle tissue, you may want to place a small mirror towards the perineum to get a clearer look.

(3) Take massage oil, such as olive oil, rapeseed oil, or a water-soluble lubricant, and apply the massage oil around the perineum.

(4) Stretch your legs and insert 1-2 fingers 3-4 cm into the vagina. Press the perineum tissue toward the rectum and apply continuous pressure to expand the perineum. Gently continue stretching the perineum until a slight burning or tingling sensation is felt.

(5) Maintain this stretch until the stinging sensation subsides, then continue to gently massage the vagina back and forth.

(6) During the massage, hook your thumb into the vagina and slowly stretch the vaginal tissue forward.

(7) Finally, gently massage the muscle tissue between your thumb and index finger back and forth for about one minute.

Be sure to trim your nails and wash your hands before massage. Do not press hard on the urethra during massage to avoid infection and inflammation.
