Picture of fetus at 28 weeks of pregnancy

At 28 weeks of pregnancy, the abdomen is also very large, and at this time there is only about three months left before the baby is born. Many people are concerned about where the fetus is in the belly. Usually, they want to touch the fetus and have more interaction with the fetus. So, where is the baby in the 28th week of pregnancy?

Where is the baby in the 28th week of pregnancy

At 28 weeks of pregnancy, the fetus is usually in the lower abdomen, and then in the uterus. At this time, through B-ultrasound or B-ultrasound examination, you can see the baby's growth and development, such as the state of the amniotic fluid, the fetal heart rate, the baby's biparietal diameter, the fetal femoral length, the fetal abdominal circumference, and you can also roughly calculate his weight. It is recommended to do prenatal checkups during pregnancy, every 4 weeks for the first 36 weeks, and once a week after 36 weeks. Pay attention to nutrition during pregnancy, supplement folic acid tablets in the first three months, and start supplementing calcium, iron and other nutrients needed by the human body in the fourth month.

28 weeks fetus head up or down

At 28 weeks of pregnancy, the baby's fetal position is not fixed yet, it moves back and forth. It should be until 32 weeks that the baby is head down. If the head is facing up, the fetus is in a transverse position. If the pregnant woman is in a transverse position, it is best to perform spleen and appetite correction during the 30th to 32nd week of pregnancy. Once you exceed 34 weeks, no correction is necessary. The correction method is also simple. Pregnant women usually do push-ups, knee joint implantation, buttocks raised, thighs and bed vertical, chest as close to the bed as possible, etc. Do it once a day in the morning, noon and evening, each time for fifteen minutes, for a week.

If you find that your fetus is in a transverse position at 28 weeks of pregnancy, there is actually no need to worry, because the position of the fetus is not completely fixed at this time, and it will take 5-6 weeks for it to be fixed. If you are worried that your fetus may be in a transverse position, you can consult your doctor during the prenatal check-up to see if there is any way to avoid it.
