Belly bulge at 7 weeks of pregnancy

Belly bulge at 7 weeks of pregnancy

A friend of mine had a very large baby bump shortly after she became pregnant. When her friends saw it, they thought she had been pregnant for many months and thought she would give birth in a few months. A friend of mine took maternity photos in August, but she looked like she was only 4 or 5 months pregnant. This kind of situation is indeed quite common around us. So what is the reason why some mothers have a visible belly while others do not?

First: Reasons of the pregnant mother herself

Some pregnant women have relatively firm body fat, and some pregnant women have some flesh on their abdomen before they become pregnant, so it will be more obvious when they become pregnant. Some pregnant women are relatively thin before they get pregnant, and it is not as obvious as others when they get pregnant.

Second: The reason for the fetus

During pregnancy, due to the physical fitness of the pregnant mother and the nutrition intake, the size of the fetus is different. Some fetuses are born more than 6 pounds, and some may be around 11 pounds. This is actually a very big difference. Moreover, some pregnant women are pregnant for a longer period of time, and some are pregnant for a shorter period of time, which is different in itself. And the position of the fetus will directly affect the size of the abdomen. Some outward-facing positions will show a more obvious belly, while some rear-facing positions will be more backward.

Third: The height of the pregnant mother

Some pregnant women are taller, so their abdomens appear relatively smaller, which may be similar to the proportions of their body. Some pregnant women are petite and cute, and their belly will appear more prominent after pregnancy.

The size of the abdomen during the entire pregnancy is related to many factors, but it cannot be said that a fat belly means better nutrition and good fetal development, and a smaller belly means that the baby is developing more slowly. However, the nutrition and diet of pregnant women must be balanced throughout pregnancy. If not, the abdomen will be larger, and the growth and development of the next baby must also be considered.
