Fallopian tube ovulation pattern

Fallopian tube ovulation pattern

The main function of the fallopian tube is to ovulate, and as we all know, eggs are of relatively important significance for women's normal conception function. Generally speaking, ovulation follows a certain pattern, and there will be an ovulation between each menstrual cycle. If the fallopian tubes are blocked, ovulation will be abnormal. Below, I will introduce you to the relevant knowledge about fallopian tube ovulation in detail!

1. Is there a regular pattern of fallopian tube ovulation?

The organ that ovulates is the ovary, not the fallopian tube. Under normal circumstances, only one ovary ovulates during a menstrual cycle.

2. Methods of checking fallopian tubes

1. Fallopian tube permeability test

The fallopian tube perfusion examination is convenient, economical and fast, but it is somewhat blind because the doctor does not know the situation inside the fallopian tube cavity before the perfusion, such as adhesion, twisting, water accumulation, blockage, etc. If the fallopian tube pressure is high during fallopian tube insufflation, it is inaccurate to assume that the fallopian tube is blocked, because fallopian tube spasm can also create the illusion of high fallopian tube insufflation pressure.

2. Hysterosalpingography

Hysterosalpingography is the quickest and most effective method for checking fallopian tube obstruction. The accuracy of angiography is high. It can intuitively show the shape and size of the uterus and the obstruction of the fallopian tubes. Not only that, it can also clearly diagnose the length, shape, adhesion, and water accumulation of the fallopian tubes. After hysterosalpingography, if the fallopian tubes are not blocked, you can usually try to get pregnant the next month after the operation. The currently developed "visual dynamic painless salpingography" has made a leap forward in traditional imaging technology and has become the "X-ray eye" of doctors.

3. What are the symptoms of fallopian tube obstruction?

1. When women have acute symptoms of fallopian tube obstruction, they may experience lower abdominal pain, heaviness, frequent and painful urination, bloody vaginal discharge, chills and fever, abdominal distension, constipation or diarrhea. If a woman's fallopian tube obstruction occurs during her menstrual period or after a miscarriage, the amount of bleeding will increase and the menstrual period may be prolonged.

2. When symptoms of fallopian tube obstruction appear, the body may experience high temperature, accelerated pulse rate, muscle tension or resistance, tenderness, and rebound pain in the lower abdomen. During gynecological examination, there may be purulent and bloody discharge from the vagina and cervix, congestion of the cervix, easy bleeding when touched, and pain when lifted. The adnexal area is tender and a painful mass may be palpable. Posterior fornix puncture can extract a small amount of purulent fluid.

3. Generally, women have no obvious symptoms when their fallopian tubes are blocked. Usually, they start to suspect and take the problem seriously after two or three years of marriage when they haven’t gotten pregnant and undergo examinations. Experts say that some patients with fallopian tube obstruction may experience pain on one or both sides of the lower abdomen, a feeling of heaviness, excessive secretions, lower back pain, and increased blood volume during menstruation. However, these symptoms of fallopian tube obstruction can easily be confused with other diseases.
