Implantation lower abdominal pain

Implantation lower abdominal pain

Female pregnancy is the process of male sperm and female egg combining to become a fertilized egg implanting in the female uterus. When a woman just starts to get pregnant, because the fertilized egg will enter the uterus, the female body will also feel some discomfort. At this time, the body feels very similar to the discomfort before menstruation. So what is the cause of the lower abdominal pain during implantation?

Will my lower abdomen hurt when the egg implants?

The fertilized egg absorbs nutrients and oxygen from the fluid secreted by the fallopian tube and continues to undergo cell division. At the same time, the fertilized egg gradually moves toward the uterine cavity. When it arrives at the uterine cavity 3-4 days later, it has developed into a multi-cell entity, shaped like a mulberry, so it is called a morula. The morula continues to divide in the uterine cavity to form a blastocyst, which enters the endometrium about 6-8 days after fertilization. This process is called implantation or implantation.

Generally, there will be no lower abdominal pain when the egg implants.

The symptoms of fertilized egg implantation are: basal body temperature will drop, some people will experience implantation bleeding, sensitive people will feel soreness, and some people will have cold symptoms.

1. Feeling nauseous. Some people begin to experience symptoms of morning sickness in the first few weeks after conception. You may feel nauseous or queasy. Although morning sickness is also called "morning sickness," queasy symptoms are not limited to the morning. You may feel nauseous and want to vomit all day and all night.

2. Breasts become softer. If your breasts feel tingly, tender, and swollen, you may be pregnant. This symptom may appear within the first few days after conception. After your body adjusts to the influx of hormones, this pain will subside and your breasts will no longer feel uncomfortable.

3. Feeling tired. The surge in progesterone (a hormone) can make you feel exhausted. Almost all pregnant women suffer from this symptom, and you can observe other symptoms to confirm your suspicion.

4. Going to the toilet frequently. After the fertilized egg implants in the uterine wall, it begins to secrete human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). This will stimulate you to urinate more frequently, so you will go to the bathroom more often than before.

5. Bleeding or cramps. In the eight days following ovulation and implantation, you may experience light pink or brown staining, and cramping may accompany this. There may be some spotting during the menstrual period, but this is not a true menstrual period. This is the result of a fertilized egg implanting in the uterine lining.

The process of fertilized egg implantation

First day of pregnancy: JY is ejaculated into the posterior fornix of the vagina. Most of the sperm die in the acidic environment of the vagina. Only a small number of sperm pass through the cervix and reach the uterine cavity within 1 hour. After another 1 to 2 hours, the sperm has traveled a total of 450px and finally reaches the ampulla of the fallopian tube and combines with the egg to form a fertilized egg. A new life begins here, and in the next 266 days, the baby will develop in your uterus.

Day 2 of pregnancy: The first cell division will occur today and your baby will develop safely.

Day 3 of pregnancy: The fertilized egg undergoes 3 to 4 divisions. At this time, cell division and growth depend on the nutrition within the egg.

As the fertilized egg divides, it gradually moves toward the uterus due to the movement of the cilia and muscles of the fallopian tube. It reaches the uterine cavity 4 to 5 days after fertilization and then stays in the cavity for 3 to 4 days.

Day 5 of pregnancy: Today the fertilized egg undergoes important changes and is preparing to implant into the uterus.
