Small red pimples on female chest

Small red bumps on women's chest may be caused by folliculitis and acne, or they may also be caused by allergies.

1. Folliculitis: If the temperature is high in the summer, or if you often do not pay attention to personal hygiene and do not change clothes in time, it is easy to cause bacterial infection, and hair follicle infection will cause small red bumps. Generally, erythromycin ointment can be applied for treatment. It has bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effects, and can effectively promote the disappearance of inflammation and improve local pain.

2. Acne: If you have oily skin or active sebaceous gland metabolism, and fail to clean your skin properly for a long time, excessive oil secretion may clog your pores, affecting their normal breathing and causing acne. Red and blue light irradiation can effectively accelerate local metabolism or blood circulation, provide a new growth environment for hair follicles, and achieve a complete cure.

3. Allergy: If you have allergic skin, you may get small red bumps and local papules after coming into contact with animal hair or pollen, or wearing clothes of poor quality. You can take oral antihistamines, such as cetirizine or loratadine, but be careful not to scratch with your hands, as this may easily lead to secondary infection.

Pay attention to personal hygiene and do not eat beef and mutton during treatment because they are irritating foods and may worsen the condition.
