Can gynecological diseases cause back pain?

In life, many people experience back pain during labor. Once this happens, patients need to rest in time. If the pain is relieved after rest, there is no need to worry too much. If the pain is not relieved, go to the hospital for examination. There are many diseases that can cause back pain, so can gynecological diseases cause back pain?

First, can gynecological diseases cause back pain? The most common back pain caused by gynecological problems is temporary back pain during menstruation, which will improve significantly after the menstruation. If the lower back pain persists for a long time and is not during the menstrual period, after excluding the possibility of lumbar disease, then you should consider whether it is caused by gynecological inflammation.

Second, it could be pelvic inflammatory disease. Pelvic inflammatory disease is the most common gynecological inflammation, including endometritis, salpingitis, etc. Pelvic inflammatory disease usually occurs during the period of sexual activity, so it rarely occurs in young girls and menopausal women. It may be uterine fibroids. Many people's faces change drastically when they hear the word "fibroids". In fact, uterine fibroids are the most common benign tumor, common in middle-aged women. The symptoms of uterine fibroids are closely related to the location of the fibroids. It is the disease that is most likely to cause back pain. Once discovered, treatment should be given promptly, otherwise it may lead to chronic pelvic pain, thus delaying the disease.

Third, it may be cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is a common gynecological malignancy, and its initial symptoms are vaginal bleeding, irregular vaginal bleeding in the late stage, and vaginal discharge, frequent urination, urgency, low back pain and other symptoms. The main cause of low back pain is tumor compression and involvement of the ureter, leading to urinary tract obstruction, which in turn causes low back pain.

Can gynecological diseases cause lower back pain? It may be due to abnormal position of the uterus. The normal position of the uterus should be slightly anteverted. If the uterus is retroflexed or tilted backward, it may be out of alignment with the surrounding area, causing tractional low back pain. This condition often occurs after frequent abortions and giving birth to multiple children.
