Women's ovulation period is generally about 14 days before the next menstrual period. To be on the safe side, we call the 5 days before and 4 days after ovulation, plus the 10 days outside the ovulation period, the ovulation period. What is the reason why many women bleed during ovulation? Is it all right? There are many reasons for ovulation bleeding. The main reason is that after the mature follicle ruptures and ovulation, the estrogen level drops sharply, which cannot maintain the growth of the uterine wall, causing the surface part of the uterine wall to rupture and fall off, resulting in initiation bleeding. Ovulation bleeding, also known as mid-term bleeding, refers to bleeding between two normal menstrual periods, which may be accompanied by varying degrees of lower abdominal pain. The clinical symptoms are as follows: 1. Abnormal uterine bleeding. During the physiological cycle with ovulation, abnormal uterine bleeding occurs during ovulation. The bleeding is less, and sometimes only brown secretion is present. It usually stops on its own in 2-3 days, and up to 7 days. 2. Abdominal pain. Regular intermenstrual pain can be mild or frequent, usually lasting for several hours, and in some patients it can last for 2-3 days. 3. Infertility. It may be caused by interrupting the couple's sex life due to ovulation bleeding, resulting in missed chance of pregnancy. Note: Generally there are no significant positive signs. The diagnosis can be made by diagnostic curettage, measurement of ovulation temperature (ovulation temperature is biphasic, with bleeding occurring when low and high temperatures change), and laparoscopy. If the symptoms are mild, no treatment is needed. If there is heavy bleeding or fertility problems, medication can be used for treatment. Whether ovulation bleeding is normal or abnormal depends mainly on the amount of bleeding and other accompanying symptoms. When checking the cervical mucus of women who have ovulation in the middle and late menstrual period, it is found that about 60% of them have blood cells under a high-power microscope, but there is no bleeding that can be seen by the naked eye. I think this is a pathological condition and is normal. Visible vaginal bleeding can last for a few hours, or 3 to 5 days, but rarely more than 7 days. Some women have ovulation bleeding, which is very light, just a little bit, or there is blood in the vagina, and usually the menstrual volume is rarely reached. Bleeding may be accompanied by bloating and discomfort in one side of the lower abdomen or dull pain or obvious pain, and may even involve the waist and thigh. In short, if ovulation bleeding lasts less than 7 days, there is no continuous spotting, and there is no pain similar to menstrual cramps, it is basically normal. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the amount of ovulation bleeding is very small, has no effect on the human body, does not require treatment, and most cases can be cured. However, if the bleeding is heavy and occurs frequently, it is recommended that you go to the hospital to find out the cause. |
