For women who have been pregnant, uterine three-dimensional color ultrasound is not a strange term. This method is needed to check the development of the fetus in the mother's body in the early, middle and late stages of pregnancy. In the early stages of pregnancy, 3D uterine color ultrasound can be used to see the complete gestational sac in the uterus and thus the presence of the embryo. In the middle stages of pregnancy, 3D uterine color ultrasound can be used to understand the development of each part of the fetus in detail and can also form an image. At the end of the period, the uterine three-dimensional color ultrasound examination is used to check whether the fetus is suffering from hypoxia and the delivery situation. 1. Early pregnancy It can display the complete gestational sac and see through the embryo that is beginning to take human form. 2. Second trimester The second trimester is from 24 to 32 weeks of pregnancy. During this period, the various organs of the fetus can be clearly displayed, the growth and development of the fetus can be understood, and the gross structure of the head, limbs and organs can be observed for deformities. Because the fetus is fully developed and the amount of amniotic fluid increases at this stage, three-dimensional imaging is more effective under liquid surrounding conditions, and can display most tissue and organ structures and the entire fetal development status. The fetus at this stage has a plump face and clear facial features. This is the best period for diagnosis, with a high imaging success rate and is most meaningful for clinical diagnosis. 3. Late pregnancy It can accurately determine the fetal position, check the maturity of the placenta, whether the umbilical cord is wrapped around the neck, measure the umbilical artery hemodynamic change index (CDFI, S/D), and evaluate whether the fetus is suffering from intrauterine hypoxia. 4. Post-delivery examination Observe whether the placenta is retained and the condition of uterine involution. Therefore, pregnant women should undergo necessary perinatal examinations in these four specific stages under the guidance of a doctor to provide a reliable basis for treatment. Three-dimensional color ultrasound displays a real-time and continuous observation process based on ordinary color ultrasound. The whole process is like watching a movie. The three-dimensional color ultrasound examination can also observe the development of the fetus in the uterus from multiple directions and angles. In this way, the examination can provide an accurate scientific basis for the early diagnosis of fetal congenital malformations and other diseases, so that pregnant mothers can rest assured to do a good job of pregnancy. |
