What to do if a pregnant woman has breast hyperplasia

What to do if a pregnant woman has breast hyperplasia

Breast hyperplasia is a disease that many women suffer from, and it also brings a lot of inconvenience to women. Patients with breast hyperplasia often feel breast pain and can even feel lumps if touched. If you suffer from breast hyperplasia, there are many dietary taboos, especially high-calorie and high-fat foods. Some women develop breast hyperplasia during pregnancy. So, what should pregnant women do if they have breast hyperplasia?

1. Mild patients are better after pregnancy

If a woman suffers from mild, physiological breast hyperplasia, she can get pregnant, and it is even better if she gets pregnant. Because pregnancy and breastfeeding have a protective effect on the breasts, they can make mild symptoms of breast hyperplasia disappear and achieve the effect of curing them without treatment.

2. Pathological patients must be treated first

For pathological breast hyperplasia, women must undergo treatment and take medication during the treatment. Women should not become pregnant at this time because the medication has side effects of varying degrees, which can cause fetal malformations, fetal miscarriage and other adverse effects.

Dietary taboos for breast hyperplasia

1. Avoid fast food

Fast food contains too much salt and fried fast food is high in calories, which accelerates the formation of estrogen and aggravates breast hyperplasia.

2. Eat less meat

Meat contains a lot of fat, calories and cholesterol. Cholesterol affects the secretion of hormones in the human body.

3. Avoid spicy food

Strong irritating foods can cause endocrine disorders in the human body. It is best not to eat spicy and irritating foods such as ginger, onion, garlic, cinnamon, etc.

4. Drink less coffee

Modern women, especially those working in the workplace, have developed the habit of drinking coffee. Stimulating foods such as coffee and cola will aggravate the swelling of the breasts and easily lead to breast hyperplasia.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment

1. External application

The main process is to grind the Chinese medicine into powder and apply it on the navel area. Before applying, clean your navel with alcohol and wipe it dry. Gently press the powder on the navel area and secure it with tape. Change the medicine every 3 days, and a course of treatment is 24 days. The medicinal powder is generally made of: 4 grams of musk, 30 grams each of costus root, angelica root, white angelica root, gardenia and mint, and 18 grams each of trichosanthes root, astragalus root and curcuma. Generally, three courses of treatment will be effective.

You can also put 30 grams each of loofah, Millettia reticulata, Cyperus rotundus, saltpeter, safflower, Viscum album, Zedoariae rhizome, Rhubarb, Trichosanthes kirilowii, Forsythia suspensa, and Ligusticum chuanxiong in two cloth bags and steam them in a pot. Sprinkle in a little wine, apply hot compress to the breasts for 30 minutes twice a day. One course of treatment is 10 days. Generally, about 2 courses are effective. (Note: This compress method needs to be combined with oral medication.)

2. Oral administration

Take the Chinese patent medicine Xiaoyao Pills, 3 times a day, 6 grams each time. (Note: The effect will be better if combined with the second method of external application mentioned above.)
