Breast structural disorders

Breast structural disorders

Female friends should keep a happy mood in their daily lives, because women who are depressed for a long time are likely to develop some breast problems. Many studies in modern medicine have shown that breast cancer is actually closely related to women’s emotions. Breast structural disorder is also a common problem in the breasts. The specific manifestation is the structural disorder of the breasts and mammary glands. So what are the treatment strategies for breast structural disorder?

What is the cause of breast structural disorder?

Breast gland structure disorder is generally caused by endocrine disorders and mental and emotional factors in women of childbearing age. It is a type of breast hyperplasia. You don’t need to worry too much. Taking some blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs can improve the condition. In daily life, we should pay attention to reasonable nutrition, diversify our food as much as possible, eat more high-protein, multi-vitamin, low-animal fat, easily digestible foods and fresh fruits and vegetables, and combine coarse and fine grains as staple foods to ensure nutritional balance.

What are the symptoms of breast hyperplasia?

Breast hyperplasia is related to hormonal regulation disorders. The clinical symptoms are breast tenderness and lumps, and are often cyclical and self-limited. Therefore, the symptoms usually worsen before menstruation, especially on the outer part of the breast, and may be affected by mental factors. In contrast, breast cancer does not have obvious pain symptoms.

In terms of physical examination, breast hyperplasia is mostly manifested as flake-like thickening or nodularity of the gland, which is tough but not hard. The boundary between the thickened area and the surrounding breast tissue is not obvious. A small number of patients have nipple discharge.

Any disease can cause serious harm to the patient's body, so in order to avoid diseases in life, we must not only pay attention to diet, but also pay attention to our living habits, which will be of great benefit in preventing diseases. Of course, regular physical examinations in the hospital are a must.
