Breast development in 8-year-old girl

Breast development in 8-year-old girl

The most obvious difference between girls and boys is in body shape. Girls have gradually developing breasts, and their firm shape makes girls gradually show their feminine charm. However, in modern times with abundant material conditions, more and more girls are experiencing rapid breast development, which has caused troubles for many girls. Let's take a look at why girls' breasts develop too quickly at the age of 8?

The first parts of a girl's body to develop are her breasts. Most girls' breast development begins before menarche, around the age of 8 to 12. At that time, the mammary glands that make up the breasts and the surrounding protective fat tissue form a small button-like bulge at the nipple and the areola around it (breast bud stage). After that, the nipple begins to grow larger, the areola gradually expands, and the color of the nipple and areola gradually deepens. Around the age of 13-18, the size and shape of the breasts approach those of an adult woman (breast stage). However, the girl's breasts cannot secrete milk at this time, and she will have to wait until she gives birth.

Precocious puberty Precocious puberty refers to the appearance of secondary sexual characteristics before the age of sexual development, namely breast development, pubic hair and axillary hair, rapid growth in height and weight, and development of external genitalia. There are many causes of precocious puberty, which can be divided into central (true) and peripheral (false) types, depending on whether the thalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis function is activated prematurely.

If you feel a lump-like thing in your breast and it always hurts, please don't worry. This is a normal phenomenon in the process of breast development and not a problem. Most girls will have this feeling during the bud stage of breast development. This uncomfortable feeling will naturally disappear after the breasts mature. You need to try to avoid bumping your chest in daily activities. You may also find that your breasts are not symmetrical when they begin to develop: either one breast starts to grow while the other remains flat; or both breasts start to grow at the same time but are different sizes. In fact, it is common for one breast to develop before the other or for one to develop faster than the other. Although one may grow first, the other will eventually grow as well. When they reach maturity, both breasts will be the same size.
