First, why do pregnant women not show their pregnancy? For some pregnant women, the reason why they do not show their pregnancy may be because they have miscalculated the pregnancy period. For example, you may be 3 months pregnant but think you are already 4 months pregnant. In addition to remembering it wrong, when examining in the hospital, doctors will also calculate the time from the back out of habit. This will create the illusion among pregnant women that they are in the period of pregnancy when they should be pregnant but are not showing any signs of pregnancy.

Second, because every pregnant mother has a different physique, some pregnant mothers are thin and do not show signs of weight gain during pregnancy, so their belly does not look that obvious. In comparison, some people are fatter to begin with, and the severe weight gain during pregnancy can also make their belly look very pregnant. When the fetus in your belly is affected by pathological reasons, the weight of the fetus will be much lighter than a normal fetus, which is why pregnant women of the same period have different degrees of belly appearance.

Why do pregnant women not look pregnant? Every expectant mother has a different physique. For example, if you are very thin, your bulging belly and thin body will form a sharp contrast, making it easy to tell that you are pregnant. But if you already have a lot of abdominal fat, your belly may not look that obvious after pregnancy. Whether a pregnant woman is obviously pregnant or not is also related to the state of the fetus in the uterus. For example, if the expectant mother is pregnant with a front pregnancy, the bulge of her belly will be very obvious. If it is pregnant with a back pregnancy, the belly will not change much. The amount of amniotic fluid is also an important factor affecting whether a pregnant woman's pregnancy is visible. Generally, pregnant women with more amniotic fluid will be more likely to show their pregnancy than those with less amniotic fluid.
