Are there any signs of frozen blastocyst implantation?

Are there any signs of frozen blastocyst implantation?

Generally speaking, if the embryo implants successfully after the frozen blastocyst transplant, some symptoms will appear in the body. However, the symptoms may be different in different people. Some people may experience a rise in body temperature, and some people may experience nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain. However, it is best to go to the hospital for a diagnosis. After the transplant, try not to do strenuous exercise and it is best to rest in bed.

Response to successful implantation after transplantation:

1. Feeling nauseous.

Some people begin to experience symptoms of morning sickness in the first few weeks after conception. You may feel nauseous or queasy. Although morning sickness is also called 'morning sickness', queasy symptoms are not limited to the morning. You may feel nauseous and want to vomit all day and all night.

2. Breasts become softer.

If your breasts feel tingling, tender, and swollen, you may be pregnant. This symptom may appear within the first few days after conception. Don't worry, once your body adjusts to the high amount of hormones, the pain will subside and your breasts will no longer feel uncomfortable.

3. Feeling tired.

A surge in progesterone (a hormone) can make people feel exhausted. Almost all pregnant women suffer from this symptom.

4. Going to the toilet frequently.

After the fertilized egg implants in the uterine wall, it begins to secrete human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG). This will stimulate frequent urination, so you will have to go to the toilet more often than before.

5. Bleeding or cramps.

Eight days after ovulation and implantation, light pink or brown staining may occur, and cramping may accompany this. There may be some spotting during the menstrual period, but this is not a true menstrual period. This is the result of a fertilized egg implanting in the uterine lining.

What tests should be done for frozen embryo transfer

1. Blood test Before starting IVF, blood tests should be done to check the woman's blood type and whether she has infectious diseases such as AIDS, gonorrhea, hepatitis B, etc.

2. Ovarian reserve function assessment: As women age, their ability to become pregnant gradually decreases and the risk of miscarriage increases. Ovarian function tests can be used to assess the reproductive capacity of the ovaries and the quality and quantity of eggs.

3. Ovarian reserve function assessment method: Testing FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone) on the third day of a woman's menstruation can determine a woman's reproductive potential. FSH or LH values that are too high or too low can affect pregnancy. There is also a clomiphene stimulation test used to assess ovarian reserve function: FSH is measured on the 3rd day of the menstrual cycle, a clomiphene tablet is taken daily on the 9th day, and the test is conducted again on the 10th day. If FSH exceeds 10 IU/L on either the 3rd or 10th day, it indicates that the ovarian reserve function is decreased.

4. Semen testing is an important test to evaluate male fertility and determine the vitality, quality, quantity, etc. of sperm.

5. There are currently three ways to detect whether the uterus meets the needs of pregnancy: hysterosalpingography, saline injection into the uterine cavity, and hysteroscopy.

6. Embryo testing: PGS/PGD mainly checks whether the embryo has chromosomal and genetic problems.
