Causes of bleeding around the gestational sac

The development of the gestational sac is critical and necessary. Because when the fetus has not yet formed, it grows in the female uterus in the form of a gestational sac. The gestational sac is the smallest embryonic tissue, so the quality of the gestational sac directly affects the growth and development of the embryo. Due to the different physical fitness of women, although the structure in the uterus is the same, it may also affect the development of the gestational sac. What is the cause of bleeding around the gestational sac?

The gestational sac is a small embryo composed of primitive placental tissue, amniotic membrane, and vascular network. It is the initial state of pregnancy. At that time, the fetus has not yet formed. When the fetal heart and fetal teeth appear, the fetus will have a heartbeat. The gestational sac can also be regarded as a product of ectopic pregnancy. If the fertilized egg does not enter the uterus on the seventh day due to inflammation, adhesion and other factors, it is easy to bleed outside the uterus. Generally speaking, if an ectopic pregnancy occurs, the fetus cannot survive. The fetus needs to develop better in the mother's uterus. If it develops poorly in the uterus, the gestational sac will burst through the weak part of the uterus and enter the abdominal cavity. The villi around the gestational sac will seek nutrients everywhere in the abdominal cavity. If the living environment of the fetus is harsh and the nutrition is relatively poor, it will die in 2 months at most.

If there is bleeding around the gestational sac, it may be caused by threatened abortion and you should go to the hospital for examination in time. If the HCG and progesterone tests show that they are consistent with the number of days of pregnancy, appropriate treatment to preserve the pregnancy can be given. If there is no obvious vaginal bleeding, treatment to preserve the pregnancy with hemostatic drugs can be performed, and then an ultrasound can be performed to check the development of the gestational sac and see if the bleeding has eased. If there is no original fetal heartbeat or fetal bud yet, you can wait until about 60 days before rechecking. If there is still no fetal heartbeat or fetal bud by then, it is possible that the embryo has stopped developing and a uterine curettage is needed.

Ten months of pregnancy is a very long and arduous journey. During pregnancy, pregnant women should pay attention to their emotions and try to stay positive and optimistic. If they are often anxious and restless, it will be detrimental to the growth and development of the fetus. During pregnancy, pregnant women can do more relaxing exercises and never drink or smoke. Pregnant women with morning sickness should pay attention to their diet and eat more light food.
