What to do if high heels squeeze your toes

What to do if high heels squeeze your toes

I believe that everyone must like high heels very much. Although high heels look good, new shoes will be uncomfortable to wear and will rub the feet. In order to make themselves look good, some women will still wear high heels even if their feet are rubbed raw. In fact, high heels are not that scary. You can use these methods to alleviate the damage caused by high heels to the feet.

1. Newspaper Law

Take a piece of newspaper, squeeze it into a ball (the tighter the better), dip it in water, not too wet, but make sure the whole ball is wet. Then take another piece of dry newspaper to wrap the wet newspaper, stuff it in the part that is squeezing your foot, then seal the shoes in a plastic bag, leave it overnight, and you're done.

2. Wet towel method

If your new shoes pinch your feet because they are too small, you can wet them with a wet towel and then use shoe wedges to stretch them larger so they fit your feet better.

3. Hair dryer method

Use a hair dryer to blow hot air on the area where your feet are squeezed. Blow for a few minutes and then stop, blow for a few minutes again and then stop. Repeat this several times. The area that has been blown will be softened a lot. Then apply a layer of hand cream with a thicker oil content. The area where your feet are squeezed will become relatively loose. However, this method is only suitable for leather shoes.

4. Shoe wedge method

Before putting on the shoes, push the front part of the shoes with shoe wedges to make the part of the shoe that is above the foot as large as possible.

5. Find a shoemaker

Find a shoe repair shop and ask a professional to make the front part of the shoe bigger.

6. Silica gel method

When women's high heels hit their feet, they can put a silicone foot pad on the front part of the foot to relieve the impact caused by the heels being too high.

Solution 1:

Stick the Band-Aid directly on the part of the shoe that rubs your foot. This will save money and time. If your foot is already rubbed, stuff some soft gauze or toilet paper into the middle part of the Band-Aid and then stick it on.

Solution 2:

Use white wine, soak a piece of cotton with the white wine, then wrap the cotton around the inside of the shoe where your foot is rubbing, and then use a small hammer to gently tap on the cotton. This will soften the leather of your new shoes.
