Cesarean section is a surgery that causes great harm to women's bodies because it requires general anesthesia. This type of anesthesia will leave many sequelae in people's bodies and may even cause women to suffer from frequent back pain in their future lives. Their physical fitness will also become particularly poor, so it is imperative to do a good job of postpartum care. (1) Bleeding: This is mostly caused by puncturing blood vessels with suture needles or ligature falling off. This type of bleeding requires re-ligation. For sick cows with bleeding from the needle holes or sutured parts after suturing, local dripping of epinephrine can be used to stop the bleeding. Uterine wall bleeding is postoperative adhesion, the main reasons are: (2) Shock: Shock during surgery may be caused by a sudden drop in intra-abdominal pressure and massive bleeding after the fetus is pulled out. Once signs of shock appear (such as coma, rapid and shallow breathing, pale conjunctiva, cold ears and nose, etc.), emergency treatment measures should be taken, and epinephrine and vasoconstrictors can be injected intramuscularly. Intravenous fluid replacement, especially potassium ion supplementation, is more beneficial in saving patients' lives. 1. Cesarean section is a trauma to the mother both mentally and physically, and the abdominal scar will undermine the confidence of beauty-loving women. Many people think that cesarean section does not require dilation of the birth canal and will be very easy, so they hope to choose this method of delivery. In fact, cesarean section is already a surgical operation with corresponding risks, so it is best to choose it with caution. 2. Although surgical anesthesia accidents rarely occur, they can happen. 3. Massive bleeding and side effects may occur during surgery, and urinary, cardiovascular, respiratory and other system complications may occur after surgery. 4. After the operation, poor healing of the uterine incision, late postpartum bleeding, formation of abdominal wall sinus tracts, long-term non-healing of the incision, intestinal adhesions or endometriosis may occur. 5. The recovery of the uterus and the whole body after surgery is slower than natural childbirth. 6. During subsequent pregnancy and delivery, the uterine incision may split and rupture. If the original incision does not heal well, another cesarean section will be required during delivery, thus causing long-term adverse effects. 7. Newborns delivered by caesarean section may develop respiratory distress syndrome. 8. Newborns born by caesarean section have no direct contact with the outside world due to the squeezing and bacteria of the birth canal, so their natural immunity will be weaker than that of breastfed babies. Therefore, mothers should try to breastfeed after cesarean section. If this is not possible, they should choose formula milk containing probiotics to help the baby build his or her own immunity and reduce the chance of the baby getting sick. 9. After a caesarean section, if you want to get pregnant again, you have to wait at least two years. |
