Underwear should be loose, breathable, and preferably made of cotton.

2. Avoid eating spicy food

3. Pay attention to hygiene during menstruation

During menstruation, make sure the sanitary napkins you use are of regular brands and within the shelf life. Change sanitary napkins frequently, at least once every 3 hours, and once every 1-2 hours when the flow is heavy. Keep your vulva clean and dry at all times.

4. Avoid sexual intercourse
