Therefore, the abdominal pain in most women is generally mild.

2. Symptoms of uterine pain during ovulation

Usually clinically, abdominal pain during ovulation often occurs on one side of the lower abdomen. The pain is usually not severe and may be dull, lacking, or heaviness-like. Since women ovulate once a month, abdominal pain also tends to occur cyclically once a month, but the pain often alternates between the left and right lower abdomen because the left and right ovaries alternately ovulate during ovulation.

3. Why do I have stomach pain after ovulation?

Abdominal pain after ovulation is more common in young women. Most women do not feel any obvious pain when ovulating, but a few will feel abdominal pain. This kind of lower abdominal pain is often in one side of the lower abdomen. The pain is not severe, and is dull, dull or bloating-like. However, it usually disappears within 1-2 days. For some patients with severe abdominal pain, the abdominal pain may persist for 1-2 weeks after ovulation.

Before ovulation, the gravity inside the follicle increases, which can cause pain; the pain after ovulation is mostly due to the contraction of the uterus and fallopian tubes during ovulation or the stimulation of pelvic organs by bleeding during ovulation. Abdominal pain after ovulation usually occurs around the time when basal body temperature rises.
