Therefore, you should fast within 6 hours after surgery, and then gradually increase your food intake. Colds and coughs can affect wound healing, and severe coughing can even cause wound tears. Pregnant women who have caught a cold should take medication promptly.

Not too tight: If the mother's waist is too tight, it will cause increased abdominal pressure. So you must pay special attention when using it.

Disadvantages of long-term use of belly band

Do not use an abdominal belt for a long time: Long-term use of an abdominal belt will lead to poor blood circulation, which can cause varicose veins in the lower limbs, hemorrhoids, lumbar muscle strain, etc. In addition, if the corset is too tight after childbirth, it will increase abdominal pressure and reduce the supporting force of the reproductive organ ligaments, thereby causing uterine prolapse, retroversion and retroflexion of the uterus, bulging of the anterior or posterior wall of the vagina, etc., and easily induce gynecological diseases such as pelvic venous congestion, pelvic inflammatory disease, and adnexitis.
