A woman with back pain and bloody vaginal discharge

Below the female waist is the huge reproductive system in the female body, so when female friends experience back pain, they must not ignore it, as there may be a problem with the reproductive system. Therefore, some women experience back pain, and their leucorrhea contains blood. If this happens, it is mostly a gynecological problem. So what is going on when women have back pain and leucorrhea with blood?

In today's society, women's health is becoming more and more of a concern. Many women are now living in first-tier cities. The fast pace of life keeps them busy, and at the same time, they often don't pay attention to their physical health. There are many female diseases, among which leucorrhea with blood and back pain, what's the matter?

When women have bloody vaginal discharge and lower back pain, they usually think it is ovulation bleeding, that is, mid-menstrual bleeding (bloody vaginal discharge), which refers to a small amount of bleeding between two normal menstrual periods, which may be accompanied by varying degrees of lower abdominal pain.

The second possibility is gynecological disease. If there is blood mixed in the leucorrhea, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical polyps or submucosal fibroids should be considered. Insertion of an intrauterine device can also cause bloody leucorrhea. Leucorrhea with blood can be divided into two types: physiological leucorrhea with blood and pathological leucorrhea with blood. Physiological leucorrhea with blood usually manifests as ovulation bleeding, which is normal. In addition, there is pathological leucorrhea, which is generally caused by gynecological diseases.

Normal leucorrhea is colorless, transparent, and egg white-like, and usually does not contain blood. Bloody leucorrhea is a manifestation of gynecological inflammation. Bloody leucorrhea, or leucorrhea mixed with blood, should alert you to the possibility of malignant tumors such as cervical cancer and endometrial cancer. However, benign lesions such as cervical polyps, cervical erosion, submucosal myoma, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, urethral caruncle, senile vaginitis, etc. can also cause bloody leucorrhea. Bloody leucorrhea caused by intrauterine contraceptive device is also more common.

Through the introduction above, I believe everyone has a certain understanding of the lower back pain caused by leucorrhea with blood. When encountering such a situation in the future, timely treatment is needed, especially in terms of diet, more reasonable arrangements are needed, and you need to know what to eat and what not to eat. This is something you should pay attention to.
