4. Get rid of the cold in time

If you accidentally get caught in the rain or get cold due to the cold wind, you must take a hot bath immediately or boil a bowl of ginger tea to drink, which can drive away the cold.

Some women describe this pain as not like the pain before menstruation, but rather a feeling of something "blocking" inside, with a slight swelling. This pain cannot be relieved by covering it with a hot water bottle, but after a while, the pain disappears on its own.

In fact, traditional Chinese medicine defines this phenomenon as "uterine cold". It may be because the uterus of women is affected by cold air before menstruation, and this air has not completely dissipated after the end of menstruation. Once it is vented, it will relieve itself.
