1. No matter how well you rest, you will still have dark circles under your eyes

In TCM theory, black is the representative color of the kidneys. If you always have dark circles under your eyes even though you are getting enough rest, this may be a symptom of kidney deficiency. In addition, long-term illness can damage the kidneys, and diseased organs such as the kidneys may be affected over time, which can also cause dark circles.

2. Hair loss that cannot be saved

Your long black hair has recently become dry and thin, and its luster is getting worse. Even weekly professional care cannot save the hair loss. You may consider whether this is a sign of kidney deficiency. Kidney essence turns into blood, which nourishes hair; kidney essence turns into vital energy, which stimulates hair growth. When the human body's kidney essence is full, the hair grows normally, and is thick, shiny, and smooth. Once the kidney is deficient, hair loss, withering and dull hair, and premature graying of hair are likely to occur.

3. Severe swelling and puffiness

The kidneys are responsible for the water in the body. When the kidney function becomes abnormal due to some reasons, it cannot regulate the water normally and cannot excrete toxins from the body in time, which makes edema prone to occur. 5. Dull pain in the lower back after fatigue

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "the waist is the home of the kidneys" and low back pain is a relatively obvious symptom of kidney deficiency. Its characteristic is that it causes dull pain after fatigue and the pain is more obvious.

6. Early menopause harassment

You are only around 30 years old, but you have been harassed by menopause in advance, with symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, irregular menstruation, forgetfulness and insomnia, bone and joint pain, fatigue intolerance, acne and spots, lack of skin elasticity, bad mood and difficulty in controlling emotions. It is best to check whether your kidney function is abnormal. Chinese medicine believes that the essence of deficiency syndrome is aging, and long-term work will damage the kidneys. People with kidney deficiency will age faster.

What to do if a woman has kidney deficiency

1. Carrot: Cut two carrots into thin strips, mix with 150 grams of cold milk (heated), and add appropriate amount of salt. It is most effective to take one cup a day, divided into 3 doses, for a week.

2. Honey diced fruit: Take 200 grams of walnut kernels, mash them, mix them with 100 grams each of figs, dried apricots and raisins, add 100 grams of honey, and blend carefully. Drink one tablespoon daily.

3. Grape and ginseng tonic wine: Add 20 grams of cinnamon and 20 grams of ginseng to 1 kg of white wine, seal and soak for 15 days. Then open it and drink one cup (50-80 grams) every day. You can also eat more porridge that nourishes yin and strengthens the kidneys, because porridge is the easiest food to absorb.

4. Sesame: sweet and mild in nature, it can nourish the liver and kidneys and moisturize the five internal organs. For example, it was recorded in "Bencao Jingshu": "Sesame has a mild smell, is neither cold nor hot, and is a good grain for nourishing the liver and kidneys." It is especially suitable for people with kidney deficiency, sore waist and weak legs, dizziness, tinnitus, dry and falling hair, premature gray hair, and dry stool.
