How to hasten your period

How to hasten your period

Girls always get worried if their period doesn't come on time. Because many girls have no plans to get pregnant, delayed menstruation may be caused by pregnancy, so girls are very worried about being pregnant and cannot face the arrival of a baby. Although abortion surgery is very convenient, it is also very harmful to the body. Many girls are unwilling to harm their bodies in this way. So, if pregnancy is ruled out, what are the methods to induce menstruation?

1. Rest and de-stress – take a hot bath.

When taking a bath, try adding relaxing essential oils. Lavender, lemongrass and rose essential oils can help you de-stress while taking a bath

Concentrate your mind and let your body completely relax and feel free. Massage your feet, arms, face, and scalp to stimulate blood circulation.

2. Maintain a healthy weight. Being 10% or more below your normal weight for your height can affect your menstrual period. Many women find that gaining a little weight can make their periods more regular.

3. Determine if you are overexercising.

Many athletes who train every day face the problem of irregular menstruation or no menstruation. Excessive exercise reduces estrogen in the body, which can lead to amenorrhea. Low estrogen can also have other negative effects, including making bones weaker. If you think overexertion is the problem, you need to change your exercise plan immediately.

4. Consider taking hormonal birth control pills.

Taking birth control pills or hormonal contraceptives can give you complete control over your menstrual periods and even prevent your period from coming for several months. Hormonal contraceptives are often used to treat irregular, long, or very painful periods. Ask your doctor if this approach is right for your condition.

Tips

Sunlight helps, too. Current recommendations are to expose bare skin to direct sunlight for 15 minutes a day without any protection.

You don't have to drink green tea. But drinking any hot herbal tea will work just as well.

During menstruation, eat more iron-rich foods, such as red meat and egg yolks, to replenish the hemoglobin in red blood cells that is lost with menstrual blood.

warn

If you suspect you are pregnant, do not induce your period. Having a period usually means you are not pregnant. However, sometimes what seems to be "early menstruation" is actually miscarriage. Some women continue to have regular periods while they are pregnant, so it is possible to be pregnant even if you think you have had your period. Trying to induce menstruation at this time may harm your baby.
