Signs of the end of menstruation

Menstruation is a topic that girls have to face every month, and it can cause a lot of trouble. During menstruation, girls' emotions fluctuate greatly due to changes in hormones in their bodies, which always cause a lot of trouble to those around them. Moreover, some girls experience dysmenorrhea during menstruation, which is very uncomfortable. Therefore, girls need to pay attention to their living habits and diet during menstruation. So, what are the signs that a girl’s menstruation has ended? What is the logo?

1. What is considered clean menstruation?

Generally, women's menstruation lasts about 4 to 7 days. After three days, the amount of menstruation will decrease until the menstruation is over. The characteristics of clean menstruation are: no more vaginal bleeding, and the leucorrhea discharged from the vagina is transparent without blood, which means that the menstruation is clean.

2. Causes of unclean menstruation

Menstruation usually lasts 3-7 days. If menstruation is heavy and irregular, or even accompanied by chronic lower abdominal pain or menstrual pain, it is time to pay attention. Irregular menstruation may be caused by disease, medication or birth control ring. The reasons for irregular menstruation are:

1. Functional uterine bleeding

There are no obvious organic changes, but it may manifest as endless bleeding or heavy bleeding, mainly manifested by a significant prolongation of bleeding time after the onset of menstruation. In most cases, the menstrual period lasts about 10 days, and in some cases it can even be as long as 2 months.

2. Uterine fibroids

Uterine fibroids growing in different locations will have different symptoms, such as long menstrual periods, heavy menstrual flow, increased nocturia, frequent urination, unexplained constipation, and even a lump can be felt in the abdomen.

3. Luteal insufficiency

Insufficient progesterone secretion by the corpus luteum after ovulation or premature atrophy of the corpus luteum, which leads to delayed endometrial development, is usually called luteal insufficiency.

Patients are prone to shortened menstrual cycles, recurrent miscarriages or infertility.

4. Impact of IUD

There is generally a six-month adaptation period after IUD insertion. It is normal to experience lower abdominal discomfort within 3-6 months after the IUD is inserted. If you still have a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen, back pain, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, or menstrual blood volume that is twice the usual after 7 months, you should see a doctor.

5. Medical abortion

Drugs disrupt the body's own hormone balance, which may lead to insufficient hormone secretion and hormone disorder. Patients may experience abnormal menstrual cycles, as well as dysmenorrhea, pain during sexual intercourse, decreased libido and other discomforts.
