What medicine to take for irregular menstruation_Combined medication for irregular menstruation

In fact, most women have the problem of irregular menstruation. Many times, people do not take medicine. Only when menstrual irregularities are caused by some diseases will they choose some medicine to regulate their menstruation according to the doctor's advice. So, what should you eat if you have irregular menstruation? If it is caused by diet and mood, it is recommended that you do not take medication. If it is caused by endocrine, it is recommended to consult a doctor about medication.

1. Early menstruation

Early menstruation refers to a shortened menstrual cycle that is shorter than 21 days and occurs for more than two consecutive cycles. It is a type of ovulatory functional uterine bleeding with a biphasic basal body temperature, a short follicular phase of only 7 to 8 days, or a luteal phase of less than 10 days, or a body temperature rise of less than 0.5°C.

2. Delayed menstruation

Menstruation is delayed for more than 7 days, or even every 40 to 50 days, and occurs for more than two consecutive menstrual cycles. For those who ovulate, the basal body temperature is biphasic, but the follicular phase is long and the high temperature phase is low; for those who do not ovulate, the basal body temperature is monophasic.

3. Prolonged menstrual period

The menstrual cycle is normal, the menstrual period is prolonged, the menstrual period exceeds 7 days, and even lasts for 2 weeks. People with inflammation usually have lower abdominal pain, which worsens during menstruation. They also have a lot of leucorrhea, which is yellow or yellow-white, thick, and has an odor. Those with incomplete corpus luteum atrophy also have heavy menstrual flow; those with prolonged endometrial repair still have a small amount of persistent vaginal bleeding after the normal menstrual period.

4. Menstrual disorders

There are also irregular menstruation, early or delayed menstruation, and a cycle that is shorter than 21 days or longer than 35 days.

5. Mid-period bleeding (also known as intermenstrual bleeding, ovulation bleeding)

It refers to bleeding that occurs between two regular menstrual cycles. It is caused by a temporary drop in estrogen levels, which causes the endometrium to lose hormonal support and leads to the shedding of the endometrium.

1. Pregnancy

What is the reason for women not having menstruation? Experts say that for women of childbearing age who find that they have not had menstruation, pregnancy is the first issue they consider. They can use a pregnancy test stick to see if they are pregnant. If you have any early symptoms of pregnancy, it is best to go to the hospital for a more accurate check-up.

Cause 2: Primary amenorrhea

If a woman has not had her period by the age of 18, this situation is called primary amenorrhea. It is considered to be due to endocrine abnormalities, partly due to abnormal uterine and ovarian function. She should go to the hospital for examination and diagnosis in time to avoid a major impact on pregnancy.

Reason 3: Endocrine abnormalities

Endocrine abnormalities are also the cause of delayed menstruation. Menstruation comes once a month. If it does not come, excluding pregnancy, it is amenorrhea. Endocrine disorders can cause amenorrhea, so pay attention.

Reason 4: Environmental impact

Some adverse environmental influences can also lead to irregular menstruation and amenorrhea. This point should also be taken seriously.
