Immature follicles were stimulated

Immature follicles were stimulated

The main function of female ovaries is to discharge follicles. Follicles contain eggs. Generally, they grow in the ovaries and are discharged when they grow to a certain size. In order to make women pregnant quickly, some women may take drugs that can help promote ovulation. This drug is also called chorionic vociferin. So what will happen if immature follicles are treated with chorionic vociferin?

There are always some small bumps in life, and when women are monitoring their follicles, they may find that the follicles are mature but not broken, and the egg cannot appear normally to combine with the sperm. This is called unruptured follicles. The commonly used method is to use chorionic villus stimulation if the follicles have not broken. It should be noted that chorionic villus stimulation is only one of the three methods, and ovulation test strips must also be prepared if the follicles have not broken.

Follicles and sperm

The follicle and sperm cannot combine if the follicle does not rupture

No matter how anxious women are in their quest to have children, they must remember to be clear about the side effects of each injectable or oral medication, and what to do if the follicles do not rupture. Commonly used chorionic ovarian stimulation is one of them. Chorionic ovarian stimulation can help women's follicles mature and ovulate. Generally, 36-48 hours after chorionic ovarian stimulation, you should go to the hospital for a B-ultrasound examination to understand ovulation and see if the chorionic ovarian stimulation injection has played the corresponding role (ovulation).

In fact, chorionic gonadotropin is similar to luteinizing hormone. It can not only promote the maturation of follicles and ovulation, but also transform ruptured follicles into corpus luteum, prompting it to secrete hormones, while it has little effect on follicle-stimulating hormone.

Once a woman is found to have unruptured follicles due to polycystic ovary, ovulation detection should be performed if necessary. The doctor needs to collect more data for targeted treatment. In some cases, ovulation detection is also necessary because it will be used for chorionic villus stimulation in the subsequent treatment of unruptured follicles.

After the injection of chorionic villus, people will often use ovulation test strips to perform regular self-examination. The ovulation test strips are indeed a method, but they are not perfect. If you want to know ovulation at all times, you must understand these 3 types.

1. Ovulation test paper without rupture of follicle

Collect urine at 10 am and 8 pm for testing. When testing, try to use urine from the same time period. Of course, there are other precautions, which are not discussed in detail here. If the test result is positive, and the positive result is gradually increasing, you should generally seize the moment of strong positive. Ovulation usually occurs when the strong positive result turns weak.

2. Pregnancy test sticks are more accurate

Be sure to avoid taking hormonal drugs when testing, and the ovulation test paper may not monitor the correct time if the follicle does not rupture. If you want to be more accurate, you can try the pregnancy stick. Just observe the color changes during the test. Once the test is negative and the color decreases, it is the LH peak value.

3. Ultrasound examination

Neither ovulation test paper nor pregnancy test stick is as accurate as B-ultrasound examination. If the follicle has not ruptured, you should go to the hospital for examination the next day after chorionic villus stimulation. B-ultrasound examination can provide the most accurate answer.

In fact, in daily life, it is not necessary to use chorionic villus stimulation to assist pregnancy if the follicles do not rupture. There are methods to prevent the follicles from rupturing, and you can still try them once you master them. However, if the follicles of older mothers who are preparing for pregnancy do not rupture, you have to pay attention, because time is the key. The best way to prevent the follicles from rupturing naturally mature is to consult a doctor and let the doctor formulate a targeted plan based on the female body.

For these three methods of ovulation detection, you can choose according to your own conditions, or choose the method recommended by your doctor. If the follicles do not rupture, you must cherish every opportunity to ovulate.
