Brown discharge during non-menstrual period

Brown discharge during non-menstrual period

Women's menstrual cycle is 23-35 days, the menstrual period is within 7-8 days, and the menstrual volume is within 20-80ml. Under normal circumstances, there will be no brown secretions during the non-menstrual period. If there is a continuous small amount of brown discharge, it indicates that there is bleeding in the vagina or uterine cavity. Because the amount is small, it accumulates in the vagina and is slowly discharged, so it appears as dark brown discharge. First, you need to do a gynecological examination to understand the condition of the vagina and cervix, and to understand whether the blood is discharged from the vagina or from the cervix. Perform ultrasound examination to detect any abnormal echo in the uterine cavity. Combined with estrogen testing, further treatment may require further hysteroscopy.

It is best not to lose weight during menstruation, but in a long-term weight loss plan, menstruation is also the most important part. For the previous exercise therapy, it is not suitable to do excessive exercise during menstruation, you can run and walk; in the diet plan, it is not suitable to eat spicy food, damp and greasy food during menstruation, and it is not suitable to eat old brown sugar, red wine, rice wine, dried longan, and jujube. Eat more fruits and vegetables, and a protein-rich diet. Of course, weight loss should also be moderate. If you lose too much weight, menstruation may be delayed and seriously affect your health. Therefore, you should slow down your weight loss during the summer vacation and don't lose too much weight.

There may be many reasons for the appearance of dark brown discharge during non-menstrual periods. When brown discharge appears in the middle or late period, it indicates that there may be ovulation bleeding. The peak period of estrogen stimulates the uterine wall and causes a small amount of bleeding. At this time, brown discharge may occur, which will end within 3-7 days and will not affect your health. It is fine as long as it does not occur frequently. Brown discharge may occur in cases of endometrial inflammation, cervical inflammation, cervical growths, and vaginitis.

If this happens, it is recommended to go to the hospital for a gynecological examination to check whether there are any microorganisms in the cervix. At the same time, you can also test the secretions according to the situation to determine whether there is inflammation. Vaginal medication can be used according to the situation. When drug effects occur, oral blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs and contraceptives may have side effects. At this time, anti-inflammatory and blood-activating treatments are still needed.
