Although there is no clear data showing how much impact wearing a belly band has on blood circulation, it is conceivable that poor blood circulation in the pelvis and poor blood perfusion to important organs and ovaries will affect their functions. In addition, if a girl who is too young wears a belly band, it will affect the development of the pelvis.

Many people may like to turn over washed clothes to dry in the sun, believing that it will dry faster and that the ultraviolet rays from the sun can also disinfect them. However, turning over underwear to dry in the sun is not good for health. Because harmful substances such as smoke, dust, microorganisms, hydrogen sulfide, etc. float with the flow of air, when the underwear is turned over to dry, these harmful substances will adhere to the side of the underwear that is close to the body. After wearing it, it is easy to cause allergies and itching, and even induce various skin inflammations. For women, it may also cause gynecological diseases. Therefore, underwear should not be turned over to dry, and the dust on it should be shaken off when collecting clothes.

If you really want to wear underwear, you must wear loose underwear. If the underwear is too tight, the blood circulation in your vagina will not be so smooth, and wearing such underwear when sleeping will affect your sleep quality. So try to sleep naked. If you sleep naked, you can greatly reduce the chance of gynecological diseases.
