What is papilloma?

Papilloma may appear on human skin and in many organs, such as the nose, pharynx, and ears. When the disease is very serious, pus may appear. This situation is susceptible to bacterial and viral infection. You need to go to the hospital immediately for regular treatment. We must also do a good job of prevention to reduce damage to the body. So what is papilloma?

First, what is papilloma? Papilloma generally has no obvious clinical symptoms and is often perceived by fluid overflowing from the nipple. The overflowing fluid may be blood-colored, accompanied by dark brown or yellow body. Papillomas are usually small, but occasionally they are larger lumps. The structure and texture of the tumor are relatively soft, and its shape is like a slender nipple. The characteristic center of the tumor is generally connected by blood vessels, which is relatively simple. If lesions occur, they are mostly in the mucosal layer.

Second, the medical cause of papilloma is still not very clear, but most experts and scholars in breast diseases generally believe that papilloma is closely related to low progesterone and increased estrogen. The increased estrogen will stimulate breast tissue, which will cause breast lesions in the long run, thus causing papilloma. Almost two-thirds of papillomas are a concomitant lesion of breast hyperplasia and are similar to other breast lesions.

Third, although the cause of papilloma is not yet clear, female friends should still take active prevention measures, maintain a regular lifestyle, and conduct regular breast examinations as much as possible according to their own conditions. Especially women over 40 who have given birth should pay more attention. Once it is confirmed that you have papilloma, in addition to cooperating with the doctor for active treatment, you should also pay special attention to your diet. You should eat light food, avoid spicy and irritating foods, and strictly prohibit smoking and drinking, otherwise it is very likely to make the condition worse.

What is papilloma? Papilloma occurs in the epidermis of the skin, grows from the center outward, and is shaped like a finger or nipple. The root of the papilloma is relatively narrow and forms a pedicle that is connected to the normal body tissue. Papilloma can occur in any part of the human body, common sites include the nasal cavity, external auditory canal, pharyngeal breast and other tissues and organs, most of which are benign tumors.
