For example, in the first 3 months of pregnancy, the fetus needs protein, and in the late pregnancy, the fetus needs nutrition the most. The way pregnant mothers often deal with pregnancy is: eat small meals frequently: eat 6 to 8 meals a day, and don't eat too much food. In addition, pregnant mothers should not eat liquid food, so semi-solid food such as cheese is the best choice. Eat more fiber: vegetables, fruits, beef, fish. Drink more water: Don’t drink cold water, and drink less stimulating drinks, soda, coffee, and tea. Get proper massage. Walk more: 30 minutes to an hour after a meal, walk outside for 20 to 30 minutes.
