Can I have a uterine curettage if I have inflammation?

The uterus is the most important organ for women. Its function is to help people achieve the goal of giving birth to offspring. The uterus can regulate the secretion of some female hormones for women, help women maintain their gender characteristics, etc. Uterine diseases are also very common and can have a great impact on the body. For example, uterine inflammation is a trouble encountered by many women. Can curettage be performed if the uterus is inflamed?

Endometritis is a common gynecological inflammatory disease. It is an inflammatory change in the endometrium caused by various reasons. It is common in winter and spring. Most patients are around 30 or 40 years old. There are many causes of endometritis. The most common is retrograde infection of bacteria and viruses. It may also be due to inflammation of surrounding tissues and organs, which spread to the uterus and cause endometritis. It may also be an infection when the body's immunity is very low, such as a cold or menstruation. It may also be due to personal carelessness. Endometritis is divided into acute and chronic types. If not treated in time, it may become chronic endometritis.

Steps/Methods:

1. The main symptoms of endometritis include dysmenorrhea, menstrual disorders, increased leucorrhea, back pain, and lower abdominal distension and pain before and after menstruation. The most important symptom is menstrual disorders, which are manifested in delayed or early menstruation, dysmenorrhea, and symptoms can be aggravated by cold and rain.

2. There are all kinds of examination methods, including routine gynecological examination, case biopsy, and drug sensitivity test. Endometritis generally does not require diagnostic curettage, but some tissue may be needed to rule out cancer. Secretions can be used for drug sensitivity test. It is recommended to rule out cancer, and not too much tissue is needed, a little is enough.

3. There are two methods of treatment: drug treatment and surgical treatment. The most commonly used treatment method is drug treatment, because surgical treatment is more harmful to the uterus, a bit like abortion, which will cause the endometrium to become thinner. If it is not scraped clean, infection will continue to occur. Drug treatment is to use antibiotics and apply them to the uterine cavity.

Note:

Drug treatment is twice a day, each time for thirty minutes. During drug treatment, you should put a soft pillow under your waist to raise your waist about 30 degrees. Drink plenty of water and eat more vegetables and fruits. Enhance body nutrition.
