Genital warts in women are epithelial cell proliferation space-occupying lesions caused by human papillomavirus infection and are one of the main reproductive tract infections. Warm, moist and cold private skin and mucous membranes are conducive to their growth, development and reproduction, leading to the formation of private or vaginal condyloma acuminatum. However, not all vulvar growths are genital warts.

The average risk period of female genital warts is 2 to 3 months. The disease progresses without self-limitation. The symptoms are local itching and pain. A small number of patients have no symptoms. Growth location: private parts, vagina, cervix, around anus, usually occurs in 2 locations at the same time, some manifest as dark red or gray rashes, wart-like protrusions, often combined with cauliflower-like growths, sexual history, use 5% acetic acid to apply the affected skin to whiten.

In the early stage of the disease, there are a few light red, very soft and tiny papules. Later, as the disease progresses, they will become larger and larger, and the papules will merge or overlap, and the surface will look very uneven, like a wart. Female genital warts are more common on the vulva, clitoris, cervix, and vagina. The base of the wart is narrowed or has a pedicle. Because some parts are very cold and damp and have chronic irritation, the warts grow rapidly and eventually become different sizes, such as nipple-shaped, cauliflower-shaped growths, cockscombs, or mushroom-shaped. These warts are very soft and will bleed easily when touched.

First: Sexual organs and around the anus are the most common locations. For men, common locations include foreskin, frenulum, coronal sulcus, glans penis, urethral orifice, male genital body, around the anus, inside the duodenum and scrotum. For women, common locations include labia majora and minora, posterior synechiae, vestibule function, clitoris, cervix and around the anus. Occasionally, it can be seen in places other than the private parts and around the anus, such as the armpits, navel, mouth, breasts, and between the toes. Gynecological inflammation in women and long foreskin in men are the driving factors for the occurrence of genital warts.

Second: The lesion initially appears as tiny pink papules, which then gradually expand and increase in number, distributed singly or in groups, moist and soft, with an uneven surface, and appearing as nipple-like, cockscomb-shaped or cauliflower-shaped protrusions. Bright red or dirty dark grey. There are often pedicles at the roots, which are prone to produce erosive exudate and bleed easily when touched. Purulent secretions often accumulate in the gaps between skin lesions, causing a foul odor, and secondary infection may occur due to scratching. This disease often has no active symptoms, and some patients may experience discomfort, pain, itching or pain during sexual intercourse. Genital warts in the duodenum can cause pain, blood in the stool, and a feeling of anal prolapse.

Third: Because genital warts are not painful or itchy in the early stages, and the rash is not obvious, most patients generally have no symptoms. The hazards vary in size and shape. There may be only a few or most of the warts may be as big as a needle head. Large tumor-like objects may grow in the private parts and anus, causing discomfort and a foul odor. Sometimes small condylomata may cause itching, pain and discomfort in the private parts, and the patient may have blood in the urine and difficulty urinating. Genital warts in the duodenum may cause pain and bloody stools, while large condyloma acuminatum in the duodenum may cause a feeling of anal prolapse.
