Therefore, if you take too much aloe vera at one time, it may cause adverse reactions in the gastrointestinal tract, such as nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and even bloody stools. In severe cases, it may also cause kidney damage. Aloe vera can also cause congestion in the female pelvic organs and promote uterine movement. Eating aloe vera in the early stages of pregnancy can easily cause abdominal pain, increased bleeding, and even the risk of miscarriage. In addition, aloe vera may cause allergic skin reactions when used externally, resulting in discomfort such as redness, swelling, itching and pain. Therefore, pregnant women should be careful when eating aloe vera in the early stages of pregnancy.

2. Pregnant women should not eat or eat less crabs in the early stages of pregnancy. Crabs are delicious, but they are cold in nature. If ordinary people eat too much at one time, it will have adverse effects on the body. Pregnant women should eat crabs in moderation. It is recommended that pregnant women in the early stages of pregnancy try not to eat crabs. If you are a pregnant woman in the middle or late stages of pregnancy, it is best not to eat it.
