Why do women sleep more?

Women are not only busy with family, but also have to work hard for themselves in their careers. When running between family and career, they will lose their normal rest time. Normally, people should have a lunch break, but some people don’t even have a lunch break. They can only sleep for a few hours at night, which is not enough. So in this case, you should pay attention to situations that may cause drowsiness.

Napping is often seen as an effective way to replenish energy after long hours of continuous work. However, if you can guarantee 7-8 hours of sleep at night but still feel sleepy during the day, it may be a sign of some disease and you need to take it seriously. Excessive daytime sleepiness refers to the inability to stay awake or sleeping too long during non-main sleep periods, which affects daily work, study, and social activities. The incidence rate among the population is over 10%. Common diseases that cause daytime sleepiness include sleep apnea syndrome, narcolepsy, insomnia, etc.
