Girls get up in the morning with wet underwear

Many girls find their underwear is wet after getting up. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. One is a normal phenomenon. For example, when menstruation is about to come or ovulation period comes, some secretions will appear in the vagina. There is also an abnormal phenomenon, that is, gynecological diseases, which can cause women's secretions to increase and cause their underwear to become wet. Below, we will introduce in detail the reasons why women's underwear becomes wet.

1. Suffering from gynecological diseases

When a woman suffers from a gynecological disease, such as inflammation or even cervical cancer, her secretions will increase and become obviously abnormal, with yellowing and odor. Once abnormalities occur, you should pay attention to whether it is a gynecological disease or a signal of an adverse reaction.

2. Menstruation is coming

Once your underwear becomes wet, you need to consider whether your period is coming. Because about 2 days before your period, your pelvic cavity starts to become congested and your vaginal discharge increases, sometimes with a hint of blood in it, which may be a reminder for you to prepare sanitary napkins.

Menstruation is a physiological cycle that occurs in some fertile female humans and in chimpanzees and other animals. About once a month, the endometrium of women of childbearing age undergoes cyclical changes including autonomous thickening, blood vessel proliferation, glandular growth and secretion, and endometrial collapse and shedding accompanied by bleeding. This periodic vaginal discharge or uterine bleeding is called menstruation.

3. When ovulation comes

When the ovulation period arrives, the female vaginal secretions will be very abundant. The secretions are very similar to thin, transparent egg white, which is very much like a reminder of sexual intercourse. Therefore, it is normal for the underwear to be wet during the ovulation period. This situation will not be seen once the ovulation period is over.

Ovulation refers to the process in which the egg cell and the surrounding cumulus granulosa cells are released together. A woman's ovulation date is generally around 14 to 16 days before the next menstrual period. After the egg is released from the ovary, it can survive in the fallopian tube for 1-2 days, waiting for fertilization; the male's sperm can maintain its fertilization ability in the female's reproductive tract for 2-3 days, so it is easy to get pregnant through sexual intercourse a few days before and after the egg is released. To be on the safe side, we call the 5 days before and 4 days after ovulation, together with the ovulation day, a total of 10 days, the ovulation period. Because it is easy to get pregnant through sexual intercourse during the ovulation period, the ovulation period is also called the fertile period or the dangerous period.
