That is, bimanual examination inside the vagina, and people who have no sexual experience can perform rectal examination. This examination can detect as early as possible whether there is any tenderness or mass at the top of the vaginal vault, whether there is any abnormality in the shape of the uterus and ovaries, and whether there is uterine endometriosis. Cervical examination

The key is to check for abnormalities and diseases of the cervix. The cervical smear test is the most widely used testing method and has been used for 50 years. In recent years, the cytosol-based TCT test (also known as the New Prep test) has also been added. Couples with active sex, multiple sexual partners, and abnormal cervix should also undergo high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) testing.

For women over 30 years old, especially married women, it is recommended to do cervical smear and HPV test once a year in the first 2 years. If the result is negative, it can be extended to once every 2 years. If it is still negative after 2 consecutive tests, it can be tested once every 3 years. After 2 consecutive tests, it can be tested again. If you find that women have increased secretions, bleeding during intercourse, or vaginal bleeding with unclear causes, you should go to a regular hospital for medical treatment as soon as possible.

B-ultrasound examination is convenient, safe, low-cost and has a high detection rate. Using it to examine the pelvis can quickly detect whether there are any deformities of the internal reproductive organs, whether there are any inflammatory masses in the pelvis, whether there is blood accumulation in the bilateral fallopian tubes, whether there are uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, ovarian cysts, and whether the thickness of the endometrium is uniform. Even if you have already gone through menopause, you should still have a checkup every one or two years. Among them, ovarian cysts and uterine wall examinations should be carried out two or three days after the menstrual period is over.

Female secretion examination

Also known as routine leucorrhea examination, it is aimed at understanding whether the female vagina is infected with bacteria, Trichomonas, fungi and other microbial species. 24 hours before a routine physical examination, you can clean the vulva, but you don't need to rinse the vagina, let alone use lotions, which will wash away microorganisms.
