Chinese medicine prescription for activating ovaries

So, in traditional Chinese medicine, what Chinese medicine prescriptions can be used to activate the ovaries?

1. Medicinal prescriptions for ovarian conditioning

Recipe: 15 grams of Ligustrum lucidum, 15 grams of Eclipta prostrata, 15 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 12 grams of Scrophularia ningpoensis, 30 grams of Pueraria lobata, 15 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 20 grams of Leonurus japonicus, 12 grams of Dioscorea opposita, 12 grams of Cornus officinalis, 12 grams of lotus seed, 12 grams of Lilium wild bonito, and 15 grams of Epimedium.

Preparation: After boiling over high heat, simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Take before meals, twice a day, 1 bowl each time.

Edible: Take it continuously for two weeks after the menstruation is over, and then take it again after the next menstrual period is over, and continue to take it for 3 menstrual cycles.

2. Ovarian conditioning diet prescription

1. Gecko and Curcuma Soup

Add 2 eggs, 5 Chinese medicinal geckos, 9 grams of Curcuma zedoaria, and 400 grams of water and cook together. When the eggs are cooked, peel them and continue cooking. Discard the medicine and eat the eggs. Take once a night.

Efficacy: Disperses nodules and relieves pain, dispels wind and calms the nerves. Suitable for qi stagnation and blood stasis type.

2. Two Fresh Soup

Slice 120 grams of fresh lotus root and chop 120 grams of fresh imperata root, boil them in water and drink the juice as tea.

Efficacy: Nourishes yin and cools blood, removes blood stasis and stops bleeding. Suitable for heavy menstrual flow and blood heat and stasis.

3. Tremella and lotus root soup

25 grams of white fungus, 10 grams of lotus root powder, and appropriate amount of rock sugar. After soaking the white fungus, add appropriate amount of rock sugar and stew it until it is soft, then add lotus root powder and drink it.

Efficacy: It has the effects of clearing heat, moistening dryness and stopping bleeding. Suitable for those with heavy menstrual flow and bright red blood.

4. Peanut, Red Dates and Pig’s Trotter Soup

Recipe: 250 grams of red-skinned peanuts, 150 grams of red dates, 250 grams of lotus seeds, and 3-4 pig's trotters.

Preparation: First remove the hair from the pig's trotters and wash them. Use 1500-2000 ml of water and simmer for 3 hours. Then add the peanuts, red dates and lotus seeds and cook for 1 hour.

Consumption: Drink 1 small bowl on an empty stomach every morning and before going to bed.

In addition, you should eat more foods rich in vitamin E, such as cabbage, cauliflower, sunflower oil, sesame oil, and animal offal, eggs, milk and soy products rich in vitamin B2, as well as cereals, beans, lean meat rich in vitamin B6.

3. Acupoint massage to protect the ovaries

The massage prescription includes Xuehai on the knee joint, Sanyinjiao on the ankle joint, Fuliu and Zhaohai next to the ankle joint, Yongquan on the sole of the foot, Guanyuan, Qihai, Shenque and other acupoints in the lower abdomen. Press these acupoints with your index finger 2-3 times a day for 20 minutes each time, which can promote the improvement of female endocrine and reproductive system functions and is beneficial to the conditioning of the ovaries.
