4. Keep the indoor air fresh, quiet, comfortable, and at appropriate temperature and humidity.

5. Keep the vulva clean. You can use 1/5000 potassium permanganate solution or warm water to clean the vulva 1 to 2 times a day. During menstruation and when there is residual blood, sexual intercourse, swimming and sitting on the potty are prohibited. Change sanitary napkins frequently and use qualified sanitary napkins. Avoid sitting or lying in damp places.

6. During the menstrual period, pay attention to keeping the abdomen warm and avoid putting your feet in cold water to prevent the invasion of cold evil. At the same time, pay attention to your daily life, avoid wind and cold, and prevent colds. Avoid strenuous exercise and excessive fatigue during menstruation.

7. Do not eat cold drinks, chili peppers, sour vinegar, desserts, snails and other cold foods before and during menstruation.

8. Pay attention to nutrition, exercise appropriately and enhance physical fitness.

If you have experienced dysmenorrhea, you should be careful to avoid eating cold foods before and during your period to avoid aggravating the symptoms of dysmenorrhea. When menstruation comes, you can drink more brown sugar ginger water to warm the uterus, or you can use a warm water bag to apply heat to the stomach to relieve symptoms. If dysmenorrhea is severe, be sure to seek medical attention in a timely manner.
