What to do if you have an MRI two weeks into your pregnancy

When a woman is just about two weeks pregnant, the development of the fetus is very important. If good care is not paid attention to, it may easily lead to some adverse situations. If an MRI is done at this time, one should be alert to the impact of the radiation on the fetus. Of course, if it is only done occasionally, as a pregnant woman, one should not worry too much. One should strengthen the later conditioning and do prenatal check-ups in time.

What to do if you have an MRI two weeks into your pregnancy

I had a CT scan, X-ray, and MRI one month before pregnancy. Because there is no fertilized egg development at this time, even if I was exposed to radiation, it should have no effect on the fetus. Please pay attention to observation!

Early pregnancy reactions are very severe, and more than 60% of pregnant women have experienced vomiting after getting up in the morning. The sudden nausea and vomiting made the expectant mother look a little embarrassed. Most women will experience nausea and vomiting when they are more than 6 weeks pregnant, usually within a few hours after waking up in the morning.

Those with mild symptoms have a decreased appetite, occasional nausea, and vomiting. A few people have obvious symptoms, vomiting whatever they eat, and even if they don’t eat, they will vomit. The vomiting is not limited to the morning, and their sense of smell is particularly sensitive, and smelling disgusting odors will cause vomiting. Vomiting in early pregnancy is a normal physiological phenomenon. There is no need to be overly nervous. It usually has little impact on your health and does not require treatment. Just keep a happy mood, stable emotions and get enough rest.

For most people, these symptoms disappear on their own after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Of course, pregnant women who vomit extremely severely and vomit everything they eat will have their metabolism disordered and need to go to the hospital for treatment and, if necessary, be hospitalized for intravenous infusion. Countermeasures: Ensure adequate sleep. Morning sickness can affect appetite, so in the early stages of pregnancy, just eat whatever you want without deliberately eating more or less. Foods such as lemon juice, hawthorn juice, potatoes, and biscuits can improve morning sickness.

Precautions for pregnancy reactions

Fatigue and sleepiness In the early stages of pregnancy, expectant mothers tend to feel tired and often want to sleep. During the early stages of pregnancy, many women experience general weakness and fatigue, or have no interest in doing things, feel drowsy and lack energy all day long. This is one of the normal reactions in early pregnancy and will naturally improve after 3 months of pregnancy. Countermeasures: Ensure adequate sleep. Try to rest when you want to, and don't force yourself to urinate frequently. Is this normal? When you are just pregnant, you always want to go to the toilet and always feel that your urine is not complete. Is this normal? Many pregnant women experience frequent urination at the beginning of their pregnancy.

During the first three months of pregnancy, the uterus gradually grows in the pelvic cavity, pressing on the bladder, causing the expectant mother to constantly feel the urge to urinate. In the middle of pregnancy, the uterus will move up to the abdominal cavity, and the phenomenon of frequent urination will improve. But towards the end of pregnancy, frequent urination will reappear. If you feel the need to urinate frequently, you may want to go to the toilet more often. It’s okay, just try not to hold your urine. If you experience any unusual symptoms such as pain or burning when urinating, seek medical help immediately. Countermeasure: Do not drink water within 1-2 hours before going to bed to reduce the number of times you get up at night. Try not to hold your urine. Breast discomfort: Pregnant mothers may experience tingling, swelling and itching in the breasts, which is also a normal physiological phenomenon in the early stages of pregnancy.
