Step 1. Accurately measure the chest size

1. The chest size is measured at the nipple point, also known as the BP point (more prominent). Use a soft tape measure to accurately measure around the fullest part of the chest, which is the chest size.

2. Under bust size: Use a soft tape measure to accurately measure around the bottom of the chest, which is the under bust size.

Step 2: Identify the cup size of the bra

The cup size is the difference between the upper bust and the lower bust. Based on the accurate measurement result of step 1, the difference between bust size and underbust size is used to determine the cup size of the clothing. Generally speaking, if the left-right difference is about 10cm, choose A cup; if it is about 12.5cm, choose B cup; if it is about 15cm, choose C cup; if it is about 17.5cm, choose D cup; if it is about 20cm, choose E cup; if it is more than 20cm, choose F cup. For example: the bust size is 85 cm and the underbust size is 70 cm. Then 85-70=15 cm. Then you should choose a 70C bra. 70 is the specification for underbust circumference, which is used to specify clothing size.
