As soon as these clinical symptoms appear, it is recommended to go to the hospital immediately for a routine urine test and semen and urine culture test to confirm the diagnosis. If it is diagnosed as a urinary tract infection, it is recommended to take ceftriaxone, cephalosporin, levofloxacin, and ciprofloxacin for conditioning and treatment.

The inability to hold urine, but only a little, may be an early manifestation of acute urinary tract infection. At present, the diagnosis can be confirmed by urine routine examination and urine culture. If it is indeed a urinary tract infection, you need to take anti-infection drugs orally, such as Relinqing Capsules and Levofloxacin Tablets for one to two weeks, and the symptoms can be alleviated. If the urinary tract infection is ruled out, then this condition is likely to be an overactive bladder, which requires urodynamic testing to confirm the diagnosis, and then taking some drugs to stabilize bladder function, such as tolterodine tablets and pheniramine hydrochloride tablets, for medication treatment.
