Which accessory breasts are likely to become cancerous?

The appearance of underarm accessory breasts has always been a cause of great concern for women. In the summer, women with more serious underarm accessory breasts cannot wear sleeveless vest tops or jackets. If it only affects the appearance, it is okay, but the appearance of underarm accessory breast is more than just an issue of affecting appearance, because it is the same as normal breast tissue, so it will also be painful, and sometimes this pain will lead to malignant symptoms.

Although the incidence of axillary accessory breast disease is not very high, we cannot ignore this low-probability disease. Complete axillary accessory breast, that is, axillary accessory breast with both nipples and breast tissue, is prone to breast hyperplasia, and the probability of this type of breast hyperplasia is higher than that of normal breasts. In a very small number of women, changes in the accessory breast under the armpit may lead to breast cancer.

The structure of the lymphatic system under the armpits directly affects the physical and mental health of women's breasts. If a woman has dark spots under her armpits, if you touch them hard you will feel that there are many lumps of flesh. This condition is likely caused by lymphatic blockage. The lymph nodes are the body's detoxification organs. Once the axillary lymph nodes are blocked, the breasts and accessory breasts will not be able to detoxify. A large amount of toxins will accumulate in the breasts, which will increase the risk of breast cancer.

Axillary accessory breast cancer refers to cancer that occurs in the accessory breast. It can occur anywhere from the axilla to the groin milk line. It is more common in the axillary area and can easily invade the skin and cause skin ulcers. The occurrence of accessory breast cancer requires the presence of mammary duct tissue, only accessory nipples or nipples, and accessory breasts without ducts cannot produce accessory breast cancer. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, surgery is necessary. Surgical treatment: modified resection of the opposite breast. The lymph node tissue in the armpit is very rich, so it is very easy to migrate and the prognosis is relatively poor.

Generally, the probability of axillary accessory breast developing lesions is very low, but if axillary accessory breasts exist for a long time and pain and breast hyperplasia occur at the same time, lesions may occur. If there are only accessory nipples or nipples without glandular ducts, it is impossible for lesions to occur. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, surgical treatment is necessary because the lymph node tissue in the armpit is very rich and easy to metastasize.
