Can't massage if you have nodules on your breasts?

Breast nodules are common in life, and this is also a common breast disease. When that happens, you must go to the hospital for regular check-ups to prevent serious situations. When breast nodules appear, they can also be relieved through massage, which helps to dredge the meridians. In addition, traditional Chinese medicine treatment and surgical treatment are also common methods.

External treatment with Chinese patent medicine

Take an appropriate amount of Jinhuang Powder, grind it into powder, mix it with a little Vaseline, and apply it to the area of breast hyperplasia. Change the dressing once every 2 days for 2 to 4 weeks. It can promote blood circulation, dredge meridians, reduce swelling and disperse nodules.

Compress therapy

Take 60 grams of Glauber's salt, 20 grams each of raw Arisaema and beehive. Grind the above medicines into fine powder, mix with vaseline to make a paste, and apply externally to the area of breast hyperplasia. Change the dressing once a day until it is cured. It can promote blood circulation, dredge meridians, reduce swelling and disperse nodules.

Medicinal vinegar therapy

Take 150 grams of tonic fat, 10 centipedes, and 1000 ml of vinegar, seal and soak for half a month. When using, use a sterilized cotton swab dipped in the liquid and apply it to the affected area, 3 to 5 times a day; at the same time, take an appropriate amount of tonic and solid fat, fry it over low heat until it turns yellow, grind it into a fine powder, take 3 grams each time, 3 times a day orally. One course of treatment is one month, and 1 to 3 courses should be repeated. It can dredge the meridians and disperse stagnation.

Treatment of breast hyperplasia

Fibrocystic breast disease is caused by endocrine dysfunction. For those with mild breast pain, you can adjust your psychology and buffer stress. For those with severe pain, traditional Chinese medicine treatment and regular check-ups are recommended.

1. Psychological treatment: The occurrence of breast hyperplasia is often related to fatigue, irregular life, mental tension and excessive stress. The first step in treating breast hyperplasia is to relieve stress from life and work, eliminate worries, feel happy and have a peaceful mind, and the symptoms can be relieved.

2. Treatment with traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that breast hyperplasia begins with liver depression, and then blood stasis and phlegm coagulate into lumps. The treatment should be to soothe the liver and regulate qi, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, soften and disperse nodules. Bupleurum, white peony, Cyperus rotundus, citrus leaf, Salvia miltiorrhiza, and earthworms are commonly used medicines in traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions. Some patients can also take patent Chinese medicines, such as: Sanjieling, Rukuaixiao, Runing, Rukangpian, Xiaoyaosan or Danzhi Xiaoyaosan (jiawei Xiaoyaosan), etc. On the premise of excluding breast malignancy, external treatments of traditional Chinese medicine can also be tried, such as: Chinese medicine bras, acupuncture, massage, etc.

3. Western medicine treatment can use hormone drugs, iodine preparations and tamoxifen, which can relieve pain. However, due to certain side effects, it is not the first choice. Vitamins A, B6, and E also have the function of regulating sex hormones and can be used as auxiliary medications for breast hyperplasia.

4. Surgical treatment of fibrocystic breast disease is caused by endocrine metabolic imbalance and there is no surgical indication in itself. In clinical practice, if individual breast nodules are difficult to distinguish from breast cancer, surgical resection can be used and the diagnosis can be confirmed by pathological examination.
