What are the physiological reactions of girls?

Many people think that women have no physiological reactions. In fact, this is a wrong idea. Both men and women have physiological reactions, but the forms of expression are completely different, and the duration of the excitement period is also different. Therefore, the physiological reactions of women will become milder and not as strong as those of men.

The first phase of the sexual response cycle is the excitement phase. From the stage of non-aroused sexual desire to the stage of aroused sexual desire, the body begins to show tension and the mind becomes excited. This phase is characterized by the erection of the man's penis and the lubrication of the woman's vagina. Sexual arousal is the sexual impulse caused by the perception of the opposite sex's erogenous zones through vision, hearing, and touch, and the generation of sexual desire. These sexual stimuli are the same for men and women and can produce sexual impulses and desires. However, the time required to go from a non-sexual arousal state to a sexual excitement phase varies greatly among different people. Even for the same person, the time required to enter the excitement phase may not be the same each time. Generally speaking, men reach sexual excitement faster, more intensely and are eager to have sexual intercourse, while women take longer to enter sexual excitement. Women attach more importance to love than sex, and only when women are fully sexually aroused can they easily reach orgasm.

During the sexual excitement period, a man's penis becomes erect, his testicles become engorged, and the scrotal skin becomes thicker and harder; a woman's clitoris becomes engorged and swollen, her labia majora become separated, her labia minora become swollen and darker in color, vaginal secretions increase, the vagina becomes lubricated, and the distal 2/3 of the vaginal opening expands. The uterus becomes erect, the breasts become larger, and the nipples become erect.

During sexual excitement, the muscles in the legs, arms, hands, neck, and lower abdomen of both men and women are tense, and the muscles in the pelvic area and perineum may involuntarily contract or even spasm. Increased blood pressure, faster heart rate, deeper and faster breathing, increased skin temperature, and dilated pupils

With the progress of society and the need to control population, the sexual life of couples no longer shoulders the heavy task of reproduction as in the past, but its function is more to enjoy the pleasure of sexual life. A coordinated and high-quality sex life can not only make couples feel the greatest happiness, inspiration and love, but is also an important condition for building a happy and complete family.

In daily life, although couples enjoy sexual intercourse, not many people truly understand their own physiological, anatomical and psychological reactions during sex. Understanding the anatomical, physiological and psychological changes in sexual life and the similarities and differences in sexual responses between men and women is very helpful in achieving a harmonious, coordinated and high-quality sex life.
