Precautions for pregnant women to remove moles

Things to note after mole removal:

Many patients do not know much about the precautions for skin care after mole removal or freckle removal. Some patients do not know what to pay attention to after mole removal, so the results are very different from what they expect, and may even become inflamed, or produce melanin, causing moles and spots to form again. Therefore, there are key points to note after mole removal that patients must understand and should pay attention to.

1. Keep the treated area as dry as possible for one week after removing moles or spots. Dry it gently with a clean towel as soon as possible after washing or contact with water.

2. After treating moles and spots, the treated area should be kept away from sunlight to prevent sunburn and pigmentation. Especially within 20 days after the scabs fall off, special attention should be paid to sun protection.

3. Pay attention to your diet and try to eat less sour and spicy foods, seafood, beef, mutton and other foods. Eat more foods containing vitamin C. You can also supplement vitamin C and vitamin E and take them according to the instructions.

4. Please do not scratch at will to avoid infection, which may lead to scars or pigmentation.

5. After mole removal treatment, a black scab will generally form on the applied area within 1-2 days, and the scab will fall off automatically in about 1-2 weeks. After the scab falls off, it is best if the skin where the scab falls off is white. If it is fresh red skin, the color will sometimes darken due to excessive sunlight exposure, and it will recover after a few months.
