Do you like pulling out gray hair too?

Do you like pulling out gray hair too?

Many people think that gray hair makes them look older, and once they find themselves with gray hair, they will subconsciously pull it out. Some people also say: "Pull out one gray hair and three will grow out", and some people say: "The more you cut gray hair, the faster it grows", so what should we do?

First of all, we need to know that there are two types of cells on the scalp, of which "hair follicle stem cells" are responsible for hair growth, and "pigment stem cells" are responsible for producing melanin for hair. Once white hair appears, it means that the corresponding pigment stem cells do not secrete enough melanin. Studies have found that if hair is repeatedly plucked, the pigment stem cells responsible for providing melanin in the hair follicles will inevitably "make mistakes in a hurry", and they may really go on strike over time. Try not to pluck white hair. First, after plucking, the melanocyte particles in the hair follicles are still relatively small in the microenvironment, and the hair that grows out is still white. In addition, if it is not pulled out properly, it will also cause folliculitis or hair loss. So, don't pluck white hair anymore. If you really can't stand the few white hairs on your head, you can use scissors to cut the cards along the roots.

In order to prevent the early arrival of gray hair, we can try the following methods in daily life:

Maintain a healthy work and rest schedule. Many young people have gray hair due to irregular daily work and rest schedules. When the pressure from work and life is a bit high, relieve the pressure on yourself in time. Staying up late and going to bed late often will affect the body's endocrine system and metabolism, leading to gray hair.

Hair follicles need to absorb iron and copper in the human body to synthesize melanin, which makes people's hair black and shiny. However, when these two trace elements are lacking, the nickel content in the hair will increase, and the color of the hair will change from black to white. You should eat more black fungus, animal liver, red meat, sesame, nuts and other foods. If the kidney essence is insufficient, the hair will become thinner and whiter. It is recommended to drink more "five black water". Use a soy milk machine to beat black sesame, black rice, black beans, black mulberries, and black wolfberries into "five black water", which can be drunk as breakfast and can also delay the graying of hair.

In the morning after getting up and before going to bed, use your index and middle fingers to draw small circles on your scalp and rub your scalp. First, from the forehead through the top of the head to the back of the head, and then from the forehead through the temples on both sides to the back of the head. Massage for 1-2 minutes each time, rubbing back and forth 30-40 times per minute. This massage can accelerate the local blood circulation of the hair follicles, so that the hair papilla can get sufficient blood supply, improve the nutrition of the pigment cells in the hair bulb, enhance cell activity, accelerate division, and help secrete melanin, making the hair darker. Frequent combing of the head has a certain effect on preventing hair from graying. Combs should be made of natural materials such as wood and horns, and the teeth should be smooth, or fingers can be used instead of combs. Generally, combing time is 5 minutes in the morning and evening. Combing the hair can well promote the rise of clear yang and harmonize qi and blood. If the blood and qi are strong, the kidney qi is strong, and the bone marrow is full, so the hair is moist and black.

Black hair has its own beauty, and white hair has its own beauty. Accepting it calmly and having a healthy mentality is the beauty we should pursue.
